These terms and conditions govern use of the TuitionHarbour website and the tuition services we provide. TuitionHarbour is a trading name of Kiruthika Ramanathan, based in the United Kingdom.
Use of this site
You may browse this site, read the information on it and use the contact and free-assessment forms for genuine enquiries. Please do not submit information about other people without their knowledge, attempt to disrupt the site or submit automated or abusive traffic.
Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting a free-assessment request or contact message does not create a tuition contract. A tuition engagement begins only when separate written terms are agreed between TuitionHarbour and the parent or guardian.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
- If TuitionHarbour cancels a lesson, it will be rearranged or the relevant payment refunded.
- Repeated missed lessons may result in the tuition arrangement being reviewed.
- Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.
Refunds
- Free assessments carry no charge.
- Lessons that have already taken place are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Prepaid lessons that have not taken place may be refunded, subject to the cancellation terms above and your applicable consumer rights.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
