This policy explains what personal information TuitionHarbour collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

TuitionHarbour is a trading name of Kiruthika Ramanathan, based in the United Kingdom. TuitionHarbour provides online Computer Science tuition for students following GCSE, IGCSE, AS Level and A Level specifications. This website does not host user accounts; the only personal information we receive through it is what you send us through the free-assessment or contact form.

Correspondence address

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries and to plan a free assessment. The parent or guardian completes our forms. We do not ask for the student's email address or other student contact details.

• Free-assessment form: parent or guardian name, email, optional phone number, student first name, school year, course level, exam board (if known), the support you are looking for, and optional scheduling preferences.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.
• Operational metadata: the date and time of submission, the page the form was sent from, the policy version you accepted, and the delivery status of any acknowledgement email.

Please do not include medical, safeguarding or other sensitive information in these forms. If something sensitive is relevant we will discuss it with you by email.

What we do not collect

• We do not store raw IP addresses. To limit abuse of our forms we keep only a salted one-way hash of the visitor's network address for a short period.
• We do not use analytics, advertising or marketing tracking on this site.
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a free assessment.
• To plan and deliver lessons if you decide to proceed.
• To send a short acknowledgement that we have received your message.

How long we keep it

Free-assessment requests and contact messages are kept for twelve months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted automatically by a nightly process. Submissions identified as spam are deleted after thirty days.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a managed database (Lovable Cloud) accessible only to TuitionHarbour. Access is protected by service credentials that are never exposed in the public website. Acknowledgement and notification emails are sent through a managed transactional-email provider used by Lovable Cloud.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@tuitionharbour.co.uk and we will respond as soon as we can.

Children

Forms on this site are intended for parents and guardians. Students should ask a parent or guardian to complete the form on their behalf.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
